Happy Monday Beautiful Busy Moms

After much reflection, I have come up with 5 Habits I am retiring this season.....


😌1. Wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor: Running on empty doesn’t make me faithful, strong, or productive. It just makes me reactive. Rest is no longer optional.

😌2. Saying yes out of guilt instead of alignment: If it costs me peace, clarity, or time with my family, the answer is already no.

😌3. Waiting until I’m overwhelmed to ask for help I don’t have to be drowning to deserve support. Prevention is wisdom.

😌4. Confusing busyness with purpose: Full days don’t always mean fruitful days. I’m choosing intentional over packed.

😌5. Pushing through when my body is clearly asking me to pause: Ignoring my nervous system has cost me more than slowing down ever will.

This is a space created with mothers in mind because moms deserve somewhere they don’t have to choose between caring for themselves and caring for their children.


Think of it like a Starbucks for moms and kids, but deeper, warmer, and intentionally designed for real life.

• Take 5 quiet minutes just with Him before picking up any "to-do."

• Read one verse that speaks to your heart.

• Pray about that weight on your shoulders....everything, big or small.

• Ask God to guide your steps and your mindset today.

Thanks for the reminder! I wasn’t able to delete anything, BUT I did stretch the to-do list out over multiple days instead of trying to be superwoman and do it all in one day. The load feels lighter ✨
