Is Losing yourself in Motherhood real?

Alright, here is my truth,

Once I realized what I "signed" up for in being a mom and wife I wanted OUT but let me tell you why....

I was fully consumed in kids, house, work, and husband. It was this and only this.

Friends... no time.. can't make it

Workout.. no time.. next Monday

Get dressed... no time.. sweats n tee

Read/ Study... no time.. once a week in church

Wellness appoints... as long as the kids go

Let's not forget the many societal expectations and pressures put on mothers to prioritize their children over themselves, leaving me to feel like if I did something for myself, then I'm selfish.

After a while I didn't know me. I was all of everything else.  I was drained, frustrated, empty and wanted OUT! My cup was EMPTY!

It led me to a way out ....which was doing it all the way it is supposed to be done. And you can too... here's how
